Music and writing songs began as a hobby for me over 20 years ago.  Today it is my therapy, my healing, my favorite thing to do.  

Content In Bed is my latest effort to create a collection of songs that tell a story I've been itching to tell.  It begins with a recognition of anxiety and depression, addiction and dependence.  From there a reflection inward, calling out to the past, realigning with the present, and looking to the future.  In the end it leaves you drifting off into a dreamy slumber, comfortably tucked in and protected from the outside world.

In its entirety, it is a profession of love and forgiveness to myself, and an expression of love and appreciation for my husband Joe.
